Our role

We act as a connector between mentors and mentees, gathering the mentor database, reviewing applications, and matching mentee-mentee pairs. 

During orchestrated mentoring seasons we also offer unique lectures and workshops for program participants and alumni to support their career development.

For a mentee

During centralized application rounds for mentees you can apply for a full cycle of meetings. Participation in this program is free of charge. The call for applications is now closed. Keep an eye on the announcements about the next season.

You also can apply for short targeted consultation (1-2 meetings) if you have a short and clear request.

For a mentor

Apply to become a mentor to fulfill your mentoring potential, support junior scientists, network with other scientists, and learn from guest career professionals and experienced coaches at program events.
