Our mission is to develop a community of scientists at different career stages to share their experiences.

Values

Safe space

We create, support and value our community where each participant is equal to other participants, feels safe, is not afraid to express thoughts and ideas, and ask questions. We insist on non-violent and inclusive communication.

Uniqueness of each participant

We value each mentor and mentee in our community, their individuality, diversity, talents, perspectives, beliefs, and differences. We do not and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation in any of our activities.

Motivation

We value the motivation of each of our mentees, mentors, volunteers, or any other member of our community, as motivation is the cornerstone of our commitment to creating positive and lasting change in the world.

We value our community. Together we can do more than each of us individually.

We are committed to publishing or making available to stakeholders critical information about the finances, management decisions, and results of our programs.

We value that our core program is free to our mentors and mentees.
